Now This is Something to Celebrate!

Glowing 100

We did it! Our last blog ” The Curse Shows No Mercy on Bullshead Reservoir ” was our 100th instalment of our Exploring Alberta adventures!  Where did the 2 1/2 years go??  A huge ‘thank you’ to our family, friends and loyal followers for your inspired support in our lives.

To celebrate this achievement we have decided to take a look back at the short time we have been in Alberta and share with your the highlights! Based on our site statistics we found out some interesting information …

Our most popular blog post by a healthy margin was Wham Bam, Thank you Ram!   What’s in a name after all? A respectable runner up … Undeniably EPIC, was also well received by our angling community when it was released the following year!

Factoring in a grain of salt … we have recorded (but not verified as human) views from 52 countries in 2016.  This staggering number could also just reflect familial checking of  blog during the global jaunts of “he who shall remain Nameless”.

There can be only One!  A very special thanks to Mom Green who has commented on every post we have published and we love the support in each and every one!  Please see us about your Most Loyal Follower winnings.  Fine Print … your prize can only be claimed in person.

The following are some of the Exploring Alberta pictures that we are exceptionally proud of.  We hope you enjoy the stunning beauty of the country and wilderness we take in on a daily basis!

For more spectacular images you may not have seen before … check out Exploring Alberta’s Instagram photos on the right of this blog post.  Just click on one to open our amazing (if we do say so ourselves) feed.

Thanks again to everyone for all your support on our journey.  We look forward to sharing the next 100 adventures with you all!

  1. Hey, I’m looking for the fine print! If I can only collect my prize in person, make sure I’m at home when you bring it. I really love the blogs, and may use a picture or two for painting in the future. Love you guys to bits…..keep the blogs coming. Vicarious living is also exciting…for an old lady that is! Mom.

  2. Your pictures are awesome. Consistently so, as I have been able to peer over Mom Green’s shoulder, when home, and without any doubt all are a credit to you both. Thanks for sharing them so generously and faithfully!
